Everyday School Makeup Routine | TheMakeupDiaries

Hi guys!! So as you all know I am currently in high school and I thought it would be appropriate to show you what kind of makeup I wear to school. I try my best to keep it natural yet still look put together. I don't have a lot of time to do my makeup but I try to change it up sometimes and use a darker brown eyeshadow or a little eyeliner on my upper lash line. 

Face Makeup: I really enjoy the fresh-faced look. I like using a tinted moisturizer from time to time, a little bit of concealer or just some powder. Recently, I've been using both a tinted moisturizer and concealer to give me more coverage. Occasionally, I wear a little bit of blush to give my skin a glowy finish.

Eyes: I mainly focus on the eyes for my school makeup. I don't normally wear a lot of face makeup so I find this as a good opportunity to experiment with different eye looks. The one I wear the most is just a light brown all over the lid and a slightly darker brown to add some definition to the crease. I sometimes like to apply a thin line of black liquid liner onto my upper lash line if I have time.

Lashes: My eyelashes are short and hard to curl. The Shu Umera eyelash curler is my favourite and helps my lashes stay curled. Fun Fact: The Shu Umera eyelash curler is meant for Asian eyelashes!! I often switch around my mascara's. I prefer ones with a thin wand.

Eyebrows: Filling in my eyebrows has now become a part of my everyday makeup routine. I love how it frames your face and just makes you look more put together. To me, eyebrows can make or break your look. A quick tip is to use a light hand when applying brow products, a little goes a long way.

Lips: I'm a big fan of natural lip colours so I often reach for lip products that are like my lips but better. The lip products I use change from time to time but I really enjoy darker nudes with shimmer or lighter pinks.
