Our answers to Allison's questions...

1. Why did you start blogging?
We thought of the idea during a sleepover a little over a month ago, and thought blogging was a perfect way to express our passion and interest for fashion and beauty. We had watched so many Youtube videos with beauty gurus and we thought of making videos at first but since we were scared to make videos, we began by just blogging (baby steps) haha. We thought it would be a good idea to share our thoughts and ideas with others but we didn't really think anyone would ever see it.

2. Who is your favourite designer?
Alyssa: I like Chanel, Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton! I can't choose!
Roshelle: I really like Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors. I'm torn.

3. What is something on your bucket list?
Roshelle: I have some crazy things on my bucket list for this year but definitely get my nose/cartilaged pierced and travel the world.
Alyssa: Besides the many things on my bucket list, a family vacation to Greece is definitely my top priority!

4. What is your dream vacation spot?
Alyssa: The ever so beautiful island of Hawaii! I've been to Hawaii around five or six times and there is just something about that island that makes me feel so wonderful! If I get the chance, you'd find me on the plane in less than ten seconds!
Roshelle: This is such a hard question because I want to travel the world.. so I kind of have a tie between Bora Bora, Greece, Italy, Paris, Australia or London! So I guess you could say a 6 way tie?

5. What is something you love to do in your free time (other than blogging)?
Roshelle: I rarely ever have free time because I play sports but whenever I do have freetime, I like playing with makeup, hanging with friends or watching Youtube videos!
Alyssa: Other than blogging and of course shopping, I like spending quality time with my family and friends! And reading books as well :)

6. What's your favourite makeup brand?
Roshelle: I like Nars, Benefit and Urban Decay! So awesome. Don't tell me to choose one!!!
Alyssa: I like Nars, Benefit and Urban Decay as well!

7. Who inspires you?
Roshelle: My mom. She's such a hardworker and she's a beautiful woman on the inside and out. Her attitude and her work ethic are very inspirational and the way she does things out of pure love for everyone she meets is truly beautiful to me.

Alyssa: For me, my parents both inspire me. They just work so hard to make me and my younger sister happy. My parents bring out the best in me. I always admire them and am in awe when I see how they help others. They make me want to become just like them and be the best version of myself.

8. Who do you look to for style inspiration?
Roshelle: I love Kylie and Kendall Jenner's style! So awesome! Also, beauty gurus on Youtube have awesome outfit ideas too. I also adore Lauren Conrad's style, she's awesome as well.
Alyssa: I have to agree with Roshelle that I really get inspired by Kendall and Kylie as well as youtubers and celebrities!

9.What is one goal you set for yourself this year?
Roshelle: Not to always care about what others think/say about me! And to always be myself, and to accept myself more. Onto less personal goals, my goal is to make a new friend and do something new that I've never done before!

Alyssa: A goal I have set myself for this year would be leading a healthier lifestyle. I'm not the type of girl that's very good at sports (unlike Roshelle, in my opinion she's perfect) so I really want to eat healthier meals and start exercising for my own benefit. I also want to try my best in everything I do and try to stay positive.

10. What can't you leave home without?
Roshelle: My phone and lip balm.

Alyssa: My wallet and my favourite lip balm!

11.What is your favourite trend for 2014 spring/summer?
Roshelle: I love the pretty pastel colours and also a fresh face of natural makeup!

Alyssa: My favourite trend for the spring would be pastel colours like Roshelle and glowy, simple makeup. For the summer I would have to say, bright lips and bold, vibrant clothing pieces.
